About Nilah

I am a freelance illustrator and animator.  I grew up in the woods of central Maryland and lived on fairytales, cartoons, and befriending lots of woodland creatures (the latter with mixed results). From a young age I just wanted to tell stories. I currently live in Los Angeles, CA.

I double-majored in Communication Arts (public relations concentration) and Art (drawing concentration) at Hood College (B.A.).  I also studied Computer Animation at Ringling College of Art and Design (B.F.A.).
